My husband went to Dr. Eichstaedt for a necessary molar extraction. Our experience pre, during, and post service has been excellent. The office staff gave us the information and instructions we needed and we found them to be welcoming and efficient. Dr. Eichstaedt came highly recommended with many years of experience. He was thorough and professional , and didn't rush us with our exchange of health history and questions. The procedure went well ! The tooth fairy will be very pleased tonight!

Girls upfront super nice doctor super nice but my low rating is due to the billing aspect. Not due to the lack of care from the provider because I know the doctors don't deal with billing this is left up to whoever checks benefits....... When I called to make an appointment for my daughter I provided my insurance info I was never told this provider was out of network because had I been told this upfront I would have immediately looked for another provider. then we went In for appointment/procedure and instead of again letting us know at that time that this provider was out of network while we were going over benefits we were told our insurance wasn’t paying much and was paying on the lower end which was unusual because I pay for the higher plan. The estimated cost given to us was over $3000. I understand that this is an estimate but had the person going over our benefits told me that it was because they are an out of network provider we would have not stayed. I ended up finding out they were out of network when I called my insurance to check on claim payment.This is when my insurance told me that that they were out of network but even though they were out of network they paid m

I went in for a removal of an impacted wisdom, tooth, and Dr.Eichstaedt did a great job. He was very informative and very friendly. Because of my age 73 my recovery time was longer. I went back three times for him to check me out and he was very helpful to me and got me in right away. His office staff was very nice and friendly, and I liked to joke around with them. Great job to all !

I am 34 years old and a mom of two toddlers who just got all 4 wisdom teeth (2 partially impacted) removed by Dr. E. I am about 4 days post-op but everything seems to have gone amazing and the pain hasn’t been nearly as bad as I was worrying about. I have been told since I was a teen I needed to have them removed and didn’t do it until this point in life. I was super nervous going into this procedure. I had previously been told (at other consults / other oral surgeons) that my lower wisdom teeth were a very difficult removal and risked nerve damage. I was also very concerned about the recovery and having a baby and other young child at home. I had also been previously told that it would be best to remove only the top portion of impacted teeth to decrease nerve damage risk. Dr. E quickly eased ALL of these concerns and worries. He was extremely kind and took the time to explain all details/ options and even his thoughts on nerve damage risk (which he felt to be very low and I trusted that). He eased my mind about the entire process from before the procedure, and what form of medication was to be used, to the post- op care. The staff here is amazing and kind! It was truly a wonderfu

I’m midway thru a difficult implant process but so far I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Eichstaedt’s work! He has great bedside manner, but more importantly, excellent dental skills! I have felt very comfortable with each step of the process. He’s great about taking time to answer any questions or concerns I have along the way! I have had a couple of longer than usual wait times but it has been for reasons beyond their control and they’re always very apologetic! Overall, I am very pleased with the services provided by Dr. Eichstaedt and his staff! Highly recommend!!
